Want to reserve a room in Carlisle's best Student accomodation? Simply complete our tenancy application form and we'll do the rest.

You'll need to have scanned copies of your ID ready and details of your guarantor, that's someone who is willing to agree to pay your rent if you are not able to do so.

Note, when the form asks for a date to be input, please use the format dd/mm/yyyy. So for example the 28th November 2020 would be input as 28/11/2020.

Paying your deposit - we won't put your room on reserve until yu have paid the £350 reservation fee. This will be turned into your securoty eposit when you move in and returned when you leave.
