At Grad House, all rents are fully inclusive, meaning there are no separate utility bills to worry about.

Your rent includes:

• High-speed broadband internet
• Off-street parking

Each apartment is shared with only one other student, offering a much quieter and more comfortable living environment than traditional student HMOs.

Students returning for a subsequent academic year may also retain their room over the summer period at a discounted 50% summer retainer rate.

Rent a fully furnished double bedroom, for single occupancy, within one of our modern two-bedroom apartments from:

• Total payable per person: £5,999
• Tenancies commence from 1st August 2026
• Expected move-out period: end of May 2027

Please note: Grad House accommodation is available exclusively to full-time students studying at a UK academic institution.

Our private car park is located on-site, fully floodlit and included free of charge for residents.

We currently provide:

• 11 resident parking spaces
• Visitor parking permits for short stay guests

All resident vehicles must be registered with Grad House and display a valid parking permit.

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, we will issue an invoice for the £139 reservation fee.

Your room is not formally reserved until the reservation fee has been paid.

The reservation fee is deducted from your first rental payment when you move in.

Payment Information

For the 2026/27 academic year, the total rent payable per room is £5,999.

Please note that rental rates are reviewed annually and may be subject to modest inflationary increases in future academic years.

Rent is collected monthly by Direct Debit via GoCardless.
