Reserve Your Room at Grad House

Ready to reserve a room at Carlisle’s premium student apartment complex?

Simply complete our online tenancy application form and we’ll guide you through the rest of the process.

Before You Apply

Please make sure you have the following ready:

• A scanned copy or clear photograph of your photo ID
  (passport or driving licence)
• Your student details, including:
  • university or college
  • course of study
  • year of study

Please note: Grad House accommodation is available exclusively to full-time students studying at a UK academic institution.

Reservation Fee

To reserve a room, a reservation fee of £139 is payable once your application has been reviewed and approved.

This payment:

• secures your room
• is deducted from your first rental payment
• is collected securely by Direct Debit via GoCardless

Your room is not formally reserved until the reservation fee has been received.

Security Deposit

When your tenancy agreement is signed, a separate £400 tenancy deposit will become payable.

Your deposit will be protected within the Government-approved MyDeposits tenancy deposit protection scheme and returned at the end of your tenancy, subject to the terms of your tenancy agreement.

When completing the application form, please enter dates using the format:

dd/mm/yyyy

For example:
28 November 2026 = 28/11/2026
