I had a great 2 years staying at Grad house while studying, the location is great. The flats itself are of such a high standard, all my friends commented on how lovely it was. You will not find nicer student accommodation in Carlisle. The house is so secure and safe. Grad house is situated so close to both UoC campus so it makes it easier to get to uni in the morning, even for an early class. The landlords are great and so attentive. I couldn’t recommend Grad House enough!

Any problems with the flat are taken care of straight away and we are always well looked after and know that the landlord is only an email or phone call away!

"I can highly recommend the accommodation at Grad House, Carlisle for any university students.
The two-bedroom apartment is fully equipped, even with pots & pans! It’s well maintained and with a 24hr contact number if there are any emergencies. 

A convenient walking distance to University, local shops and the town centre. Nothing was too much trouble for Julia who looked after the apartments and quickly resolved any issues.

"I had a great year living in grad house.  It was really convenient to the university buildings on Fusehill street and to walk into town.  It was also very handy to have a safe car park to keep my car in, instead of parking on the street.  The apartment itself was really modern, clean and well equipped.  I felt very at home in it and Grad House had organised that I was living with another student on my course.  This allowed my year to run really smoothly with lots of fun and I gained a lifelong friend.  The landlords were always at the end of the phone, visiting providing advice and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks for a great year!"
