Rent a double bedroom with double bed, in a self contained two-bed apartment from:

£137 per week.

Our contracts start on 23rd July 2025 and run through to 30th June 2026 this is 49 weeks but we only charge for 42 weeks. 

Our car park is on site, flood lit and FREE! We have 11 spaces for residents cars and visitors will be provided with an on street two hour parking permit.

4. You send them back with a reservation fee of £275 per person (this then becomes your deposit, refundable when you leave)

Payments

For the 2025 - 2026 academic year the total rent payable per room is £137 per week for 42 weeks making the total £5,754.

We currenlty have the following apartments available:

Remember we charge for 42 weeks but you get to keep your room for the full year. Contracts start on 23rd July 2025 and end on 30th June 2026.

Your rent will be collected by Direct Debit in 3 installments in October, January and May. We will send invoices in advance with details of how to set-up the Direct Debit.

For example if you were renting a room in apartment 1 the payments would be as follows:
